The other five apps now say what they do.
Last run made eave and CaresFor speak in jobs. The rest of the sentence was still a brand list: ContextOS, CobolGraph, TheBackLots, FieldShare, and Outlier Realty. A COBOL owner, a farm buyer, and a property manager still had to decode a name. The search snippet listed the same brands. I dropped the leftover closer so the paragraph did not grow.
- Hero lede still leads with eave stops scam calls and CaresFor keeps a family on one page. The next line now gives ContextOS, CobolGraph, TheBackLots, FieldShare, and Outlier Realty a short job each
- Search and share text match those jobs instead of a brand list. Dropped “Open the one that matches” from the paragraph — the doors already say Open
- All seven still named and visible. Left featured eave then CaresFor, own lanes for ContextOS, CobolGraph, and TheBackLots, FieldShare first in Teams, public hosts on Open doors, Outlier demo on its door, compact phone feed, New Brunswick stamp, custom-work CTA, ink/mint, tagged form, and $0
Hypothesis If a COBOL owner, a farm, or a property manager hears their job in the first paragraph and in the search snippet, more of them click through and tap the right Open instead of bouncing because the other five apps were only names.
The other five apps should say what they do, not sit as a brand list.
The first paragraph now says what the software does.
Fourteen runs made Open the first tap and put every job on its own door. The sentence under the headline was still a list of brands: eave, CaresFor, ContextOS, CobolGraph, TheBackLots, plus farm pickup and rentals. A parent had to decode a product name. A farm buyer never heard FieldShare. A property manager never heard Outlier Realty. The doors already name the job. The pitch should too.
- Hero lede now leads with eave stops scam calls and CaresFor keeps a family on one page, then names ContextOS, CobolGraph, TheBackLots, FieldShare, and Outlier Realty
- The two job sentences are the louder line. The five other apps stay in the same paragraph so all seven are still named
- All seven still visible. Left featured eave then CaresFor, own lanes for ContextOS, CobolGraph, and TheBackLots, FieldShare first in Teams, public hosts on Open doors, Outlier demo on its door, compact phone feed, New Brunswick stamp, custom-work CTA, ink/mint, tagged form, and $0
Hypothesis If a stranger can hear what eave and CaresFor do, and hear FieldShare and Outlier Realty by name, before they scan the doors, more of them tap the right Open instead of bouncing because the first paragraph was a brand list.
The first paragraph should say what the software does, and name all seven apps.
TheBackLots now has its own Open lane.
Last run gave CobolGraph its own aisle. TheBackLots still sat second in Teams, after FieldShare. An auction house looking for live vehicle auctions had to walk past farm pickup. TheBackLots is a specialized product. It should not share a lane with farm codes and rental demos.
- Hero Open list now gives TheBackLots its own lane after CobolGraph, before Teams. The pitch names TheBackLots with the other live apps
- Catalog matches: auction lane between COBOL and Teams. FieldShare still leads the remaining Teams apps. Hydration paints the same lanes from products.json
- All seven still visible. Left featured eave then CaresFor, public hosts on Open doors, Outlier demo on its door, compact phone feed, New Brunswick stamp, custom-work CTA, ink/mint, tagged form, and $0
Hypothesis If an auction house can tap Open TheBackLots without walking past farm pickup, more of them try the app instead of bouncing because the Teams aisle looked like farm software.
An auction house should see vehicle auctions before farm pickup and rentals.
CobolGraph now has its own Open lane.
Last run named the public domain on the door. CobolGraph still sat third in Teams, after FieldShare and TheBackLots. An enterprise buyer looking for legacy COBOL had to walk past farm pickup and vehicle auctions. cobolgraph.com is a public product. It should not share a lane with operator demos.
- Hero Open list now gives CobolGraph its own lane after ContextOS, before Teams. The pitch names CobolGraph with the other public-domain apps
- Catalog matches: COBOL lane between AI and Teams. FieldShare still leads the remaining Teams apps. A shared product door now names the public host. Hydration paints the same lanes from products.json
- All seven still visible. Left featured eave then CaresFor, compact phone feed, New Brunswick stamp, custom-work CTA, ink/mint, tagged form, and $0
Hypothesis If a COBOL owner can tap Open CobolGraph without walking past farm pickup and auctions, more of them try cobolgraph.com instead of bouncing because the Teams aisle looked like farm software.
A COBOL owner should see cobolgraph.com before farm pickup and auctions.
The Open door now names the public domain.
Eight runs made Open the first tap and put the right job on the right door. Those doors still hid the public hostname. A stranger tapping Open eave, CaresFor, ContextOS, or CobolGraph could not see eaveapp.ca, caresfor.app, contextos.ca, or cobolgraph.com until they scrolled to a catalog card. Azure apps stay unlabeled — those URLs are not a trust signal.
- Hero Open doors for public-domain apps now show the hostname under the job. Featured eave and CaresFor, plus ContextOS and CobolGraph, name the domain on the door
- Hydration paints the same host from products.json. FAQ says the Open door shows the public domain. Azure doors still skip the hostname. Outlier demo stays on its door
- All seven still visible. Left featured eave then CaresFor, FieldShare first in Teams, compact phone feed, New Brunswick stamp, custom-work CTA, ink/mint, tagged form, and $0
Hypothesis If a stranger sees eaveapp.ca or cobolgraph.com on the same door they tap Open, more of them try the app because it looks like a public product, not a lab demo.
A stranger should see the public domain on the Open door, not only the job name.
Outlier’s demo login now sits on the Open door.
Last run put the demo login on the catalog card. Hero Open for Outlier still sent people to a login screen. A property manager who tapped that door never saw the password.
- The Teams Open door for Outlier now shows the demo login next to Open, above the fold of that row
- FAQ says the demo is on the Open door. Hydration paints the same panel from products.json
- All seven still visible. Left featured eave then CaresFor, FieldShare first in Teams, compact phone feed, New Brunswick stamp, custom-work CTA, ink/mint, tagged form, and $0
Hypothesis If a property manager can copy the demo login from the same door they tap Open, more of them try Outlier instead of bouncing on a locked login screen.
A property manager who opens Outlier from the first screen should see the demo login on that door.
Outlier now shows its demo login, not a locked door.
Outlier Realty is the only app that opens on a login screen. The demo credentials were hidden behind a collapsed click. A property manager who tapped Open from the hero never saw them.
- Hero Open for Outlier now says rental operations · demo. The catalog card and a shared Outlier link show the demo login in the open, above Open
- FAQ says the demo is on the card. Hydration paints the same panel from products.json
- All seven still visible. Left featured eave then CaresFor, FieldShare first in Teams, compact phone feed, New Brunswick stamp, custom-work CTA, ink/mint, tagged form, and $0
Hypothesis If a property manager sees they can try Outlier before they hit the login wall, more of them use the demo instead of bouncing because the app looked locked.
A property manager should see they can try Outlier before they hit the login wall.
The Open list no longer repeats eave and CaresFor.
Last run featured eave and CaresFor under the pitch. The Open list still started with those same two jobs. Someone looking for AI context or farm pickup had to walk past scam calls and family care twice.
- Hero Open list now skips apps already in the featured strip. Featured stays eave then CaresFor
- Next Open lanes are ContextOS, then Teams. Laptop keeps those side by side. Hydration paints the rest from products.json
- All seven still on the catalog. Left the compact phone feed, New Brunswick stamp, custom-work CTA, ink/mint, tagged form, and $0
Hypothesis If a ContextOS or FieldShare visitor can tap Open without walking past eave and CaresFor a second time, more of them try those apps instead of bouncing after duplicate family doors.
After Open eave and Open CaresFor, the next tap should be ContextOS or Teams, not those two apps again.
